The 'Re-launch' of No.186
Following the detailed and extensive overhaul of GS&WR J15 0-6-0 No.186, RPSI 40th Committee Chairman, Robin Morton arranged a re-launch for the locomotive at Whitehead on 23rd July 2004.  Chief Executive of Translink, Keith Moffatt was the guest of honour.
Significant media interest in the RPSI was generated.
